The University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) is pleased to showcase its technologies and research outputs during the 2nd Laguna Business and Investment Exposition (LBIX) from January 27 to 31, 2010 at the Enchanted Kingdom, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The LBIX is sponsored by the Provincial Government of Laguna, the Laguna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Laguna Provincial Cooperative Development Council and the City Government of Sta. Rosa.

We are inviting you and your colleagues to come and see our exhibit of technologies, services, and curricular offerings on the abovementioned dates. On January 30, from 10AM onwards, we will be conducting a Technology Forum on various topics such as:

* Study Opportunities at UPLB
* EcoTourism, Environment and Climate Change
* Emerging Agricultural Technologies
* Biotechnology and Products
* New Machinery and Engineering Technologies
* Alternative Energy Research
* UPLB Technology Commercialization Program
* Operation of the UPLB Science and Technology Park This is the right time to know more of UPLB’s products ready for commercialization; as partners, to explore market development of our technologies, consult with our experts and establish linkages and network with our developers.

Participation to the exhibit and forum inside the Enchanted Kingdom is free. A P350.00 fee (regular entrance fee to the park is P 500.00) is however required by the park for participants who wish to enjoy amenities such as rides.
